5THink, as the Operations and Transition Consultant, is instrumental in the project process from start to finish. We get involved in the early stages of planning and design, working with user groups. We then complement and support the physical building process by creating and managing a detailed operations plan, which includes redesigned systems of service delivery in concert with operational changes. Finally, we organize and coordinate of all aspects of the physical move, followed by the deactivation process.
