To ensure that all requirements and training complexities of the newly built hospital environment are captured, 5THink custom-builds a matrix of in-house, regulatory and vendor training.

We work with all essential hospital departments, including Customer Service, PR and Marketing to create an appropriate education and orientation plan for community, donors and staff. We can assist or guide your educators or provide consultants to conduct classes.
